Tuesday, May 22nd
Breakfast: Toast with honey and butter and ginger peach tea
Lunch: Leftover fettucini, stawberry yogurt, fresh blackberries
Snack: The equivalent of 1.5 C of cake and 1 C of ice cream. (Company birthday thingy– absolutely no willpower here).
Dinner: 8oz of backed cod with sauteed bokchoy
Snack: Chocolate cherries, 1 piece of toffee.
Wednesday, May 23rd
Breakfast: Toast with honey and butter and ginger peach tea
Lunch: Leftover lamb saag with rice, stawberry yogurt, apple
Snack: 1/2 Krispy Kreme donut
Dinner: MC frozen dinner, handful of chips, handful of preserved plums.
Snack: 2 pieces of toffee.
Ok… so it looks like I need to snack healthier, doesn't it?
